PERMIT IMPRINTS

 

The following are DataMark Mailing Services permit imprints (indicia). Permit imprints are used in place of traditional stamps for bulk mailings only. This indicia is placed in the upper right corner on the addressed side of the mailpiece. Use the appropriate permit based on the type of postage class you will be using. Please contact us to discuss your mailing and to be sure the correct permit imprint will be used on your mailpiece.

 

To save a permit imprint to your computer for use on a mailpiece, right click the appropriate indicia below and choose 'save picture as..'

 

    For First Class mailings of 500 pieces or more.
     

For Standard mailings of 200 pieces or more.

IMPORTANT: a return address must be present on the mailpiece when using this indicia.
     
      OR     Two alternate permit imprints could be used for standard mailings in the event that you do not have a return address on your mailpiece. However, it is recommended that a return address is present as this will tell the post office where to return any undeliverable mail when using an appropriate ancillary service endorsement. Contact us first so we can help you decide which permit to use on your mailpiece.
